AI Patient Acquisition for Clinics

Japanese

You don't need to know anything
about websites.

Patients can't choosewhat they can't find.

"We have a website, but I have no idea whether it's doing anything."
That's a fine place to start. We explain everything without the jargon.

No pushy follow-up. Ask us anything without committing to a contract.

Common Problems

You've outsourced it, and you're
still the one worrying.

A medical professional at a computer, looking mildly stuck

You don't know what you're allowed to say

Medical advertising in Japan is governed by law. When the agency doesn't know that ground well, the question "is this wording safe?" ends up back on the director's desk.

A clinic director reading a printed report

The reports don't tell you anything

"Views are up," they say. Whether that turned into bookings or phone calls isn't in there. And asking what the numbers mean feels awkward.

Clinic staff talking at a reception counter

The proposals don't fit real practice

What you want more of, and what gets proposed, don't line up. Nobody asks whether your staff actually have the hands to do it.

A doctor looking at a smartphone in a bright consultation room

You can't tell what AI says about you

Patients now ask AI "which clinic near here is good?" There's no obvious way to check how your clinic gets described in that answer.

We run a clinic ourselves. All four of these are roads we went down in our own practice first.

Why HUMEDIT

Three reasons clinics choose us

01

We run a clinic
ourselves

We are involved in running Hiro Clinic under Fukubikai Medical Corporation, and we improved our own patient numbers there. We propose knowing how much can realistically be done between consultations, and what you can reasonably ask of your staff.

02

We write knowing the
medical ad rules

Japanese law sets out what a medical institution may and may not say in its advertising. Every page we publish goes through that check first. Wording that tends to cause doubt is sorted out with the reasoning attached, so all that's left for you is the final sign-off.

AI takes the grunt work, so it starts at ¥50,000

Drafting and report building are work a machine does well, so we let it. The time that frees up goes into the parts that need a human — judgement calls and explaining things to you. That's how it starts at ¥50,000 a month.

Services

What we actually do

Not "making things generally better." Every month we check whether it turned into a booking or a phone call, and work from there. There is nothing for you to learn to operate.

1. We make bookings countable by page

This is the starting point. Every booking form submission, every tap on the phone number, every jump to online booking gets recorded. We use Google's free tools (GA4 and Search Console) and do the setup ourselves.

2. One report a month. Just one.

How many people saw the site, which pages led to bookings, how you look in search, and what last month's work actually did. Those four, on one sheet. Every term gets a plain explanation each time.

3. We rewrite the pages

Titles, headings, body copy, FAQs. We decide the order using two questions: is it leading to bookings, and is there room left to grow. You always see the rewritten text before it goes live.

4. We check it against the medical ad rules

Every rewritten page is reviewed. The lead time we ask for before publishing is set by how long that review takes. It exists so nothing goes out fast and becomes a problem later.

Pro

5. We make you strong on Google Maps

That map-and-clinic-name panel you get when someone searches "area name + specialty." Photos, opening hours, draft replies to reviews, and making your address and phone number consistent everywhere.

Pro

6. We get AI to describe you correctly

We write out the questions patients are likely to ask AI, then put those answers on your website and your Google Maps listing. Each month we also ask the major AI tools ourselves and check how your clinic comes out.

What is AIO?

What's coming after search is AI.

It used to be: search Google, pick from a list. More and more people now ask an AI and read only the answer. In an AI answer there is no first place or second place. Your name is either in it, or it isn't.

That doesn't mean dropping search. Most of the work is the same work. We start from the groundwork that serves both.

Put the answer first

The conclusion goes at the very front of the text. That makes it easy for AI to lift.

Use tables and Q&A

Price comparison tables. Frequently asked questions. A shape that is easy for people to read is a shape that is easy for AI to read.

Publish what only you have

The patterns in the questions you actually get asked. Content no other clinic could write is what gets you quoted.

Write your name and address the same way everywhere

If your website and your Google Maps listing don't match, AI can't tell they're the same clinic. We make them all agree.

Let AI in to read the site

Depending on the settings, a site can be blocking AI from coming to read it at all. We check that and open it.

How you appear in AI shifts from one day to the next. There is no fixed measure like a search ranking.
So how do we check it?

We ask the major AI tools the same questions every month and record the answers. Alongside that, we follow how often your clinic is searched for by name, and where arriving patients say they heard about you. Note that patients searching by area tend to look at the map panel, so we never do AI work on its own — it is always designed together with Google Maps work.

Rewrites beyond the monthly allowance, building new pages, writing columns, rebuilding the whole site, and one-off deep analysis are quoted separately.

Flow

From enquiry to running

01

Send us an enquiry

Just your website address and the treatments you want more of. There is nothing else to prepare.

02

We do the check-up, free

If you can show us your current numbers, the assessment gets sharper. If you don't have them to hand, we work from public information alone, so there's no need to worry.

03

We walk you through the results

The three biggest gains and how to make them, written up as a report, plus 15–30 minutes to talk it through. No jargon.

Everything above is free
04

Contract and setup

Month one is spent getting the booking measurement in place. From month two you're into the monthly cycle of rewrites and reports.

From enquiry to receiving the results usually takes about five business days.

Our Approach

We only hand over what we've tried on ourselves.

A cycle diagram of analysis, planning, execution and improvement, alongside a working review meeting

Unglamorous work, repeated every month.

Find the pages that lead to bookings and calls, and fix from there. Check next month whether it worked, then pick the next page. There is nothing clever about it. It simply turned out to be the most reliable thing to keep doing. What we hand you is that way of working.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

I know nothing about websites. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That is where most of our conversations start. We put every technical term into plain words each time it comes up. Ask us the same thing as many times as you need.
What are GA4 and Search Console?
Both are free tools from Google for seeing how a website is doing. GA4 shows how many people visited and which page they moved to booking from. Search Console shows what words people searched and where your clinic appeared. We handle the setup, so there is nothing for you to learn to operate.
You mention MEO and AIO. What are those?
MEO means Google Maps work: getting chosen in that map panel that appears when someone searches "area name + specialty." AIO means AI work: making sure your clinic is described correctly when a patient asks an AI. We do both, so you don't need to remember the terms themselves.
Do we have to drop our current web agency?
No, keep them. Our role is deciding what to fix and how. The updates themselves can be done by your current agency or by us. Tell us how your current contract is set up and we'll work around it.
If we take the free check-up, are we obliged to sign?
No. The report and the walkthrough are free, and a contract is not required. You are welcome to take the findings and use them in-house. We won't chase you afterwards.
Could our pages get rewritten without us knowing?
No. You always see rewritten text in advance. The medical content and its wording are signed off inside the clinic, and nothing is published without your approval.
We have no one handling web work. How much of our time does this take?
At the start you share your website details and access to the numbers. That is the heaviest part. After that it's once a month, when we send you a single set of items to confirm.
Does "AI rewrites the text" mean AI publishes things on its own?
No. AI is used for drafting and analysis only. A person selects, reads and edits the content. It then goes through the advertising review and is approved inside the clinic before publishing. Nothing goes live without human eyes on it.
Search work or AI work — which should we do?
You don't have to pick one. We lay the search groundwork first and build the AI work on top of it. Much of it — structuring the text, making your clinic name consistent — counts for both at once.
How long until we see results?
It depends on the state of your site, your area, your specialty and what's around you, so we can't promise a timeframe or a number. What is certain is that from month one you will be able to count which pages lead to bookings.
Do you work with clinics near us? Will you take us if our areas overlap?
Yes to both. If that raises a concern for you, talk to us before we start.
Is there a minimum term?
Six months. The first month goes on setting up the measurement, so confirming an effect needs a little time after that. From month seven you can end it at any point.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can start on Standard and move to Pro, or the other way round.
When are we invoiced?
We close at month end and invoice for payment by the end of the following month. Usage for the current month is billed at month end and settled by the end of the next.

Free Check-up

Shall we look at
where you stand now?

Send us your website address and the treatments you want more of. We'll put together how patients see you right now and what can be fixed straight away, and hand it over free of charge.

  • How you look in search today
  • Which pages lead to bookings and calls
  • What AI says about you today
  • Any wording that is risky under the ad rules
  • Three improvements you can make right away

We take up to 30 of these a month. The form takes about three minutes.
